New Voices USM Osher School of Music Faculty Recital. Professors Meghan Habibzai (Mezzo-Soprano), Jonas Rimkunas (Tenor) and Scott Wheatley (Piano), as well as guest artist violinist Meagan McIntyre, performed a recital in the Performance Hall at the Crewe Center for the Arts in Portland on February 27, 2026.

The program featured solos and duets for mezzo and tenor by composers such as Clara Schumann, Brahms, Alma Mahler, Mozart, Rachmaninoff, Britten, Sondheim, Antón García Abril, as well as a World-premieres of “Spring in Winter” and “Dear March, Come In!”, both composed by Meghan Habibzai.

FLOR Cuadro performed a concert of flamenco music and dance at Meetinghouse Arts in Freeport, Maine on March 21, 2026. The concert was also broadcast on local television, and was warmly received by the Freeport community with an audience of over 200 people.
